For Family Practice healthcare professionals, nurses, and staff, the platform offers comprehensive tools to enhance operational efficiency and clinical communication. The On Call Schedule management is accessible via iPhone and web, now featuring automatic scheduling with holiday handling and status notes to facilitate improved physician availability.

The system enables secure transmission of patient medical information among doctors, nurses, and staff. DText allows for doctor-to-doctor messaging with real patient details, images, and voice recordings, while DMail provides HIPAA-secure email exchanges with status updates indicating when messages are read. DPaging supports urgent messaging with feedback capabilities; inquiries about enterprise solutions are welcome.

Operational documentation is streamlined through OpNote templates, allowing you to generate detailed notes within seconds for deliveries and surgeries. Integrated consults include status updates, urgency levels, and quick access via text or phone. Image sharing is simplified with direct sending from your iPhone camera, facilitating effective visual communication.

The platform replaces traditional pocket cards with a mobile billing feature. A fully functional medical dictaphone is included for documentation requirements. QuickText functionalities can be customized—for example, automatically informing staff or colleagues that you will return shortly.

Before and after patient images can be uploaded easily. The Elevate peer feedback and review platform supports performance improvement initiatives within your community. Evaluation tools are available for medical students and residents, fostering educational development.

All data—including DText, DMail, and DPage—is securely stored in the cloud environment.

The basic package is free, offering 25MB of storage for DText, DMail, DPaging, tools, info, and view-only access to the On Call Schedule. A one-month free trial provides access to premium features. Subscription plans are available on an auto-renewing basis via in-app purchase:
